Thank you for visiting Grace Bible Church of Bakersfield online. At Grace we are deeply committed to learning all that God would have us to learn. All we do at Grace is an extension of that philosophy.

For over a decade now the privilege I have had to study and teach God’s Word has continued to be rewarding. My consistent goal is to patiently, carefully, study each verse I’m going to teach, and then wring out every bit of truth possible from it. I take the words of Nehemiah 8:8 to heart: labor “to give the sense” of God’s Word to God’s people.

In order for His people to know Him, and live the way He has called them to, they must be taught, and taught well. The primary goal of this ministry, then, is to teach God’s Word in a way that is thought-provoking, challenging, and encouraging. I strive to produce teachings that honor God, where His people are being well-nourished on a high protein diet of God’s Word.
